Family Outreach, Recreation & Community Engagement

F.O.R.C.E. is a community-centered program designed to provide inclusive opportunities for connection, recreation, and support for individuals and families. The program creates safe, engaging environments where participants can build relationships, access essential resources, and take part in meaningful activities that promote overall well-being.
While F.O.R.C.E. serves the broader community, it maintains a strong commitment to supporting military- and veteran-connected families through intentional outreach and engagement. The program provides opportunities that foster connection, community integration, and consistent support tailored to the unique experiences of these families. Through interactive events, wellness activities, and community engagement initiatives, F.O.R.C.E. works to strengthen relationships, enhance quality of life, and create a lasting sense of belonging for all participants.
Youth of Impact
Youth Engagement & Leadership Initiative
Mission:
WIN’s Youth Empowerment Initiatives provide safe, supportive, and engaging opportunities for young people to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and access positive experiences that contribute to long-term success. Through workshops, mentorship, enrichment activities, and community engagement events, the program supports youth in strengthening resilience, building healthy relationships, and exploring their full potential.

Wellness, Impact & Nutrition
Community Resource Distribution Initiative
Mission:
Operation W.I.N. is WIN’s signature resource distribution initiative focused on addressing immediate community needs through accessible, high-impact outreach. The program provides essential items such as food, hygiene products, school supplies, and seasonal support to individuals and families facing economic hardship.
Each distribution event is designed to reduce barriers, promote dignity, and connect participants with additional community resources and support services. Through consistent outreach and resource delivery, Operation W.I.N. strengthens community stability by ensuring families have reliable access to the essentials required for daily living.
Women of Impact (S.H.E. Initiative)
S.H.E. = Strength. Healing. Empowerment.
Mission:
Women of Impact (S.H.E. Initiative) is a community-centered program designed to provide inclusive opportunities for women to connect, recharge, and grow through meaningful engagement and shared experiences. The program creates safe, supportive environments where participants can build relationships, access resources, and take part in activities that promote personal well-being and development.
Through workshops, events, and community-based gatherings, Women of Impact supports women in strengthening confidence, building leadership skills, and fostering meaningful connections. The initiative uplifts women from diverse backgrounds including military and veteran connected women by creating pathways for personal growth, empowerment, and continued community engagement.
